2. What You Can Post

We encourage content that supports professional growth and practice success, including (but not limited to):

  • Strategies for building and growing a private practice.
  • Best practices for office space sharing, subletting, and rentals.
  • Recommendations for clinical office setup, furnishing, and design.
  • Guidance on supervision, associate onboarding, workflows, and team management.
  • Ideas for referral networks, collaboration, and inter-professional partnerships.
  • Reviews and recommendations for business tools, software, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Marketplace for professional items such as therapy furniture, equipment, decor, and office-related materials.

3. What Is Not Allowed

The following behaviors violate our guidelines and may result in immediate action:

Harassment and Hostile Behavior

  • Personal attacks, insults, threats, or intimidation.
  • Discrimination or derogatory comments based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any protected characteristic.
  • Bullying, stalking, doxxing, or any form of targeted harassment.

Spam and Inappropriate Solicitation

  • Repeated off-topic or promotional posts unrelated to the community focus.
  • Posting spam links, automated content, or excessive self-promotion.
  • Soliciting members for unrelated services, groups, programs, or opportunities outside Haven.

Unsafe or Unethical Clinical Content

  • Sharing any identifiable client information or protected health information (PHI), in violation of HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
  • Posting content that could reasonably be seen as providing specific clinical advice or treatment instructions for individual cases.
  • Encouraging or discussing unethical practices, licensing violations, or boundary crossings.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

  • Claiming false credentials, licenses, or qualifications.
  • Creating fake listings, using stolen photos, or posting misleading information.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, professional status, or affiliations.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy Expectations

This is a trusted professional space—treat every interaction accordingly:

  • Never post any client details, even anonymized if they could lead to identification.
  • Do not share private messages or conversations publicly without explicit consent from all parties.
  • Use neutral, general language when discussing clinical experiences or cases (e.g., for educational or consultation purposes).
  • Keep all discussions focused on professional, educational, and ethical topics.

5. Marketplace Rules

Our marketplace section supports the buying, selling, and sharing of professional and office-related items:

  • Provide accurate, detailed, and honest descriptions of items.
  • Set fair and transparent pricing.
  • Communicate respectfully and promptly with interested parties.
  • Handle transactions safely, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable laws.

Haven does not verify listings, item quality, pricing, condition, or delivery. Users conduct transactions at their own risk.

6. Reporting Content

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it directly through the platform's reporting tools. Our moderation team reviews reports promptly. In urgent or serious cases, content may be removed immediately to protect the community.

7. Enforcement

To safeguard the platform's integrity, safety, and purpose, Haven may take actions such as:

  • Removing content or listings.
  • Restricting posting or messaging privileges.
